Create Your Account
Getting started with OmniSocial takes less than 2 minutes.
Step 1: Sign Up
Visit app.unipulse.tech and create your account:

After signing up, you'll receive a verification OTP sent to your email or phone. OTP codes have a limited validity window and maximum verification attempts for security.
Step 2: Complete Onboarding
Once verified, you'll go through a quick onboarding flow:
- Your Name -- First and last name for your profile
- Industry -- Select your industry (this directly affects AI suggestions and niche benchmarking)
- Role -- What's your role? (Marketer, Business Owner, Agency, Creator, etc.)
- Team Size -- How many people will use the platform?
- Referral Source -- How did you hear about us?
The industry you select during onboarding directly powers your AI content suggestions, niche benchmarks (with percentile rankings), trend scanning, and competitor analysis. Choose carefully -- you can update it later in Settings.
Step 3: Your First Workspace
After onboarding, your first workspace is automatically created. A workspace is your isolated environment where all your data lives.
Each workspace includes:
- Its own social accounts and OAuth tokens
- Separate posts, drafts, schedules, and content calendars
- Independent analytics, audience data, and competitor tracking
- Its own brand voice configuration
- Dedicated workflow automations
- Separate billing and subscription
- Custom settings (timezone, language, notification preferences)
Workspace settings are stored as a flexible JSON configuration, giving you control over defaults like language (en/ar), timezone, and platform preferences.
Step 4: Choose a Plan
OmniSocial offers tiered plans with feature-based limits:

Each plan controls access through a feature flag system. Features can be:
- Boolean -- On/off (e.g., workflow builder access)
- Numeric -- Limits (e.g., max 10 social accounts)
- Tiered -- Capability levels (e.g., basic vs advanced analytics)

Step 5: Configure Your Workspace
After setup, head to Settings to configure:
