Privacy & Data Deletion
You control the data UniPulse holds. This page explains every way to remove it and what each one does. The legally binding versions are the Privacy Policy and the Data Deletion page on unipulse.tech.
UniPulse is operated by Makers Innovations for Digital Manufacturing, a limited liability company registered in Egypt (Commercial Registration No. 282508). Registration details are on the Company Information page.

Disconnecting an account
When you disconnect a Facebook Page, Instagram account or WhatsApp number:
- UniPulse asks Meta to stop sending that account's messages and comments to UniPulse, and withdraws UniPulse's permission where no other connection still needs it.
- The access tokens UniPulse stored for the account are deleted immediately.
- Posts, comments and conversations already in your workspace stay, so your team keeps its history. Delete the workspace to remove them.
Only workspace Owners and Admins can connect or disconnect accounts, because doing so grants or withdraws the whole workspace's access.
Deleting a workspace
The Owner deletes a workspace from Settings → Workspace. All of its connections are disconnected first, then its data is permanently deleted: posts, inbox, contacts, analytics, automations and store data. Any remaining paid time on the workspace's plan is lost.
Uploaded and received media files (post images and videos, inbox attachments) are not yet removed automatically when a workspace or account is deleted. Email privacy@unipulse.tech and we will purge them.
Deleting your account
Settings → Profile → Delete account. Type your account email (or phone number) and your password if you have one.
- Workspaces where you are the only member are deleted.
- You leave workspaces you share with others; their content stays with them.
- Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp connections you authorised are disconnected.
- Your name, email, phone and password are erased, your profile picture is unlinked, and you are signed out everywhere.
You can't delete your account while you are the only owner of a workspace or company other people use. Make another member an owner first, or delete it.
Requesting deletion from Facebook
- In Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites.
- Remove UniPulse.
- Under Removed, choose UniPulse → Send request.
Facebook shows you a confirmation code and a link to your request's status at unipulse.tech/data-deletion/status. UniPulse processes the request automatically, usually within minutes. Every Page and Instagram connection you authorised is disconnected and its identifying details are removed.
Conversations and posts that a business received through a Page you managed belong to that business's workspace. One Page admin's request does not erase a business's history. To have messages you sent to a business removed, contact that business.
