Present UniPulse as your own platform with full white-label branding. Your clients see your agency's logo, colors, and domain — with no mention of UniPulse anywhere in their experience.

Customization Options​

Setting Up White Label​

Step 1 — Upload Branding Assets​

  1. Go to Settings > White Label
  2. Upload your agency logo (recommended: SVG or PNG, min 200x200px)
  3. Set your primary brand color (hex code)
  4. Optionally upload a favicon for the custom domain

Step 2 — Configure Custom Domain​

  1. Choose your desired subdomain (e.g., social.youragency.com)
  2. Set the customDomain field on your workspace
  3. Add the required DNS records:
    • CNAME record — Point your subdomain to UniPulse's infrastructure
    • SSL — Automatically provisioned once DNS is verified
  4. Wait for DNS propagation (typically 15–60 minutes)
  5. Verify the domain in Settings > White Label > Domain

Step 3 — Customize Email Templates​

  1. Preview the default email templates with your branding applied
  2. Optionally customize email copy for:
    • Team member invitations
    • Client report delivery
    • Notification digests
  3. Send a test email to verify the result

Step 4 — Preview & Activate​

  1. Click Preview to see the full branded experience as your clients would see it
  2. Verify the client portal, reports, and emails all look correct
  3. Click Activate to go live

What Your Clients See​

With White Label active, clients with the Client role experience:

  • Your logo in the navigation and login page
  • Your colors throughout the interface
  • Your domain in the URL bar (e.g., social.youragency.com)
  • Your branding on all reports and emails
  • No UniPulse branding anywhere in their experience
Behind the Scenes

White Label is powered by the Workspace model's logoUrl, primaryColor, and customDomain fields. When a client accesses the platform via your custom domain, the system resolves the workspace from the domain and applies all branding overrides automatically.
